The 128 guest rooms are located in the nautically themed Hotel Victory and a Venetian palazzo. In these elegant rooms, guests feel as though they are aboard a luxury yacht at times and a windjammer at others.

DEOS AG has equipped these high-end hotel rooms with a comprehensive individual room solution featuring FCUs, central ventilation, and OPENweb. One FCU unit per hotel room, combined with the central supply and exhaust air system, ensures a pleasant stay for guests. Particularly noteworthy is the integration between DEOS products and the “Sihot” hotel management software. This enables a wide variety of scenarios, such as fresh air flushes, to be implemented. Additionally, every guest can use the control tablet on the room wall to manage lighting and shading as well as temperature and ventilation controls. A special app was developed for this tablet control, which communicates with the controller via a dedicated security protocol. Technicians also have the option of remote access to control devices and individual room controls.
