An OPEN 700 EMS controls and regulates the hotel. Specifically, the following are monitored:
– the water-side charging and discharging of 3 waste heat buffer tanks
– the production of fresh hot water using a high-performance domestic hot water charging system
– 1 gas condensing boiler-heated outdoor and indoor pool
– 1 pre-control loop for ventilation systems
– 5 weather-compensated mixing circuits
– 1 gas cogeneration unit with 30 kW electrical output and 68 kW thermal output
In particular, the high-performance domestic hot water charging system ensures the level of comfort expected by guests at a hotel of this class. This system allows winter sports tourists returning from the slopes to take a warm shower in their room at any time, regardless of the time of day or how many guests are using this service simultaneously. This is made possible by intelligent control and the use of a high-performance automation station. The OPENview web server enables remote maintenance via the Internet.
