The new Vinhome Golden River residential complex has been developed on a 25.29-hectare site, which also includes the LUX 6 residential building. Its 50 floors house 1- to 3-bedroom apartments, a serviced apartment building, and penthouses. In addition to this and other residential towers, the newly built residential area features schools, sports centers, restaurants, shopping centers, parks, and a marina. DEOS AG provided the energy management system (heat meters & water meters) for the LUX 6 tower.
